These pictures are all from a few days spent on a boat on Lake Kariba. Mostly from what claims to be the world's biggest crocodile farm, with 80 to 90 thousand crocs. For a few bucks you can go on a feeding, and even get out with the animals. No need to worry, there's a guy with a stick to fend them off should they get nasty. Later on with the cheetahs, and again with the ragged tooth sharks, I found out a stick seems to be considered adequate defence against most predators in Africa. |
