12-04-03 to 12-04-06 - India, Mumbai

It seems a big portion of Mumbai's laundry gets shipped to this one area to be done by hand.
Elephanta caves. I finally got my chance to chuck rocks at awful monkeys without looking like an asshole (saving a hello kitty purse).
Probably the dumbest thing I saw all day. With four people -two short and two tall, with about a 12" difference between the pairs- carrying the chair up the hill, they arranged themselves so the customer was at some ridiculous angle. seriously? It didn't occur to them to go two short up front and two tall in the back to keep it nice and level.
Taking a few pictures on the budget car of the train before it filled up too much to actually lift my arms enough to work a camera.
