These giant signs are in front of most toll booths and seem like a huge waste of money. Do they really need to have hundreds, if not thousands of signs all over the country informing the president of India that he doesn't have to pay tolls? You would think mentioning to everyone once would cover it. That section of the sign is literally meant for one single person. Sure the ones lower down, like the winners of gallantry awards, are more applicable. But this is India, so they have to throw in the clause that they may be required to carry their award fo gallantry around with them to prove they don't have to pay the $0.25 toll.
